1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Production Deck, operated by Ally Oliver, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refunds on our behalf.

To request a refund, you can either:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout; or
  • Contact us via the Help & Support page and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access through the end of the current paid billing period.

If a renewal charge is made and you would like to cancel and request a refund, contact Paddle via paddle.net within 30 days of the renewal date.

4. Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including UK and EU consumer protection legislation.
